The services industry covers a wide variety of business and plays an important role in Idaho’s prosperity, even though only one company made it into the Top 10. Employers Resource, always a strong player, takes the top spot in this industry, checking in at Number 10 on the Idaho Private 75 list for 2010.
“Employers Resource promotes prosperity by unabashedly promoting free enterprise and the capitalist system”, said George Gersema, CEO and chairman of the board of a company that has made the list 12 consecutive times. “We’re very active in the formulation of integrative health care legislation at the state and national level, and work with government bodies across the nation to lower taxes and reduce industry regulation”, he said. “Our service offering makes small businesses stronger and more resilient, regardless of the economic conditions. As a result, our clients don’t fail – they prosper; thereby creating jobs, supporting families and contributing to the strength of the fabric of America.”
The Idaho Private 75 is a collaboration of US Bank, KPMG and the Idaho Statesman to recognize top performing, privately held Idaho-based corporations.
