We opened our Orange County, California branch in 1987. Orange County quickly became our largest office and has remained so through the years. This PEO branch is home to one incredible full service team of HR, Payroll, Safety, Service and Sales. Our PEO California dreaming began in 1985 in northern California and extended to Orange County at the very loud insistence of “The Cowboy.”
With Georgia on our minds the Atlanta branch was opened in 1991. This branch was a combination of an acquisition and a sales person wishing to transfer to Atlanta. This PEO office is a sales and service branch and y’all know the clients are treated with all the southern charm imaginable. When the company was still on the drawing board Miss Mary had put a pin on the map for this beautiful city and is totally dedicated to the clients we serve here.
The corporate office moved from Virginia to Boise in 1988 and in 1993 we bit the bullet and decided to add PEO clients so the Boise PEO branch was born. We operated that small beginning with corporate staff for two years and as it grew we hired our first Boise payroll specialist (actually a transfer from our accounting staff). That person is still serving her clients and works with a great team. This PEO branch now serves Idaho, Utah and the Pacific Northwest as well as some far-flung clients. When The Cowboy (an Idaho native) first brought Miss Mary to Idaho from Virginia she fell in love and knew this is where she wanted to raise her family.
We opened our Dallas branch in 1988 and within a couple of years had hired 2 payroll specialists that are still serving their clients today. Since then, we’ve slowly added more payroll, client service and management staff. We think the fact that our PEO clients have a dedicated payroll/HR team and we know our clients by name is an advantage. Add to this the average employment time of our payroll staff and our clients have a definite win. The service from this branch is flat out exceptional with all the hospitality you’d expect from a Texas PEO. The company conducted its first formal payroll training in Dallas in June of 1988.
We opened our Houston branch in 2001. The team in this branch consists of a combined 49 years PEO experience and a safety manager with over 25 years. Our national sales manager resides in Houston and his total dedication to serving our clients ensures you’ll have nothing but smiles when working with this team. This branch became a reality after The Cowboy sang that old Ronnie Millsap song with the lyrics, “I can almost see Houston from here,” to Miss Mary. That was his way of saying our PEO presence in Texas wouldn’t be complete without a Houston presence.
This Phoenix PEO branch has been serving clients since January 2000. This office began under the fear of Y2K… remember that? Our clients have no fears now as they are served by a very experienced team including the HR professional who is our internal “go to” person. The Cowboy convinced Miss Mary to come out of her short lived retirement to “come help” for two weeks.
North Carolina is home to many great teams and our Raleigh PEO team is no exception. We opened our office in Greenville, NC in 2004 and moved our North Carolina PEO to Raleigh in December of 2007. Since that time we have developed a full service branch of dedicated and talented people including our payroll, client service, sales staff and a regional safety manager. The opening of the Raleigh branch is a result of one of our core values, “do the right thing”.
Our PEO San Antonio branch opened in 2004. Employers Resource is a national PEO Company (Professional Employer Organization) dedicated to caring more about our clients than any other PEO. This ethic of care is proven by every service we complete for our clients whether it be payroll, HR administration, PEO workers’ comp, benefits administration, HR compliance, risk management and many more.
If you have ever been to San Antonio, you know the charm of this town can’t be ignored. We opened this branch when we merged with a local San Antonio PEO that had been serving the area since 1984. It was a match made in Heaven when we combined forces. The same team since 1984 with some great additions are serving our San Antonio clients with 67 combined years of PEO experience. To the staff in San Antonio, service means total dedication and a “do whatever it takes” attitude. Texas PEO clients couldn’t be in better hands than this team from the Alamo city. Long term relationships ensured the success of this branch.
